Caipirinha – Combine in a cocktail shaker 1 cup ice cubes, 2 1/2 oz Cachaca (sweet silver rum – it’s from Brazil and made from fermented sugar cane!), 1/4 tsp sugar, and 1 half lime (quartered). Shake and strain into a double shot glass. This shot has taken Brazil by storm and the main component (Cachaca) is becoming increasingly available in the US. The drink is definitely worth a try!
