Scotty’s Drink of the Week from the Last Gen (Feb 2013) episode of Sanity Claws Radio!

Caprioska – Combine in a shaker 1 cup ice cubes, 1 half lime (quartered), 1/4 tsp sugar, and 2 1/2 oz vodka.  Shake and strain into a double shot glass (preferably one that is roughly 1 miniature yeti high).  The percussion of the ice cubes hitting the lime wedges will lightly juice them – DO NOT zest the lime wedges or your face will turn inside out with tartness.  This shot earns the rare labeling of actually being good!
