Gingerbread Jigglers:

In a heat-resistant mixing bowl – combine 3/4 cup boiling gingerale with 1 packet of unflavored gelatin mix.  Stir in 1/4 cup Hot Damn! Schnapps.  Fill desired silicon mold(s) and refrigerate until finished product is firm.  Results may… vary (see image).
